Returns Policy

Product Return Information

Leader Optec is committed to selling high-quality products but we also know that, for one reason or another, there may be a time when you need to exchange or return an item. Our Customer Service team will guide you through our process. Please have your order reference number available for any telephone conversation or quote it on any email correspondence. As with any returns or cancellation, your statutory rights are not affected.

Distance Selling Regulations

If you have ordered by using our internet service then under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have a statutory right to cancel your order, return the product and receive a full product refund. You have 7 days to make your claim. Exclusions to this are items personalised or made to your specification and PC based software that has been unsealed.

To Return a Product

Most products are covered by our standard returns policy. Product returned must be unused, in their original undamaged packaging, in a saleable condition to qualify for a full product refund. You have 14 days to return product from receipt of goods.

Please note a restocking fee of 25% applies to all returned products

Damage in Transit

While we maintain every effort to ensure all products are packaged to the highest standard, occasionally damage in transit may occur. If this happens to your product, please contact us within 3 days of receipt of the product.

Faulty Product

In the unlikely event of you receiving a faulty goods, please contact us within 3 days of receipt of product. Our Quality Management team will guide you through the returns. By refund, repair or replacement, our endeavour is to make you feel satisfied with our products and service.
