Description

Commonly used in telecom applications, this physical contact connector has a spring loaded ferrule, and can be tuned for optimum optical performance. The Ø2.5mm ferrule connector contains either a narrow or wide keyway for precision alignment and a threaded outer barrel to lock the connector in place. The singlemode connector is capable of machine polishing to a -55dB (UPC) finish, whereas the multimode design can be easily field terminated.
